Quantum Capital Partners ("QCP") announces that Aero Holding GmbH, a company of Quantum Opportunity Fund II GmbH & Co. KG, has acquired 100% of the shares in Indraero Siren SAS and Lisi Aerospace Creuzet Maroc SA – the future Structural Aerospace Morocco ("SAM") – from the French, publicly listed LISI Group (FII.PA). With this strategic move, the Quantum Group strengthens its position as a key supplier in the international aviation industry. By acquiring the French heat exchanger manufacturer Secan SAS ("Secan") from Honeywell and the French aluminum tube manufacturer Aviatube SAS ("Aviatube") from Constellium in 2015 and 2016, the Quantum Group laid the foundation for building a presence in this market. Under the newly created umbrella of AviaGroup Industries G.I.E. ("AviaGroup Industries"), the group can capture operational synergies and achieve a critical mass of over €100 million in revenue.
