Quantum Capital Partners (QCP) announced today that one of their investment funds has completed the sale of Postcon NRW GmbH to the Frankfurt-based private equity investor Tempus Capital. The business operations of Postcon NRW were acquired in October 2019 as part of the German business of PostNL. Following the acquisition of Postcon National (now DVS) in 2020, Tempus Capital has now taken over the second investment of the Postcon group. After the sale of Postcon NRW, only one company of the former Postcon group remains in the Quantum group with the Postcon Konsolidierungs GmbH and will be further developed as an independent business.
