Stockholm/Munich, 31.01.2020

Quantum Capital Partners ("QCP") announces that Xandor Automotive GmbH ("Xandor Automotive"), a company of Quantum Opportunity Fund II GmbH & Co. KG, has acquired 100% of the shares of Rosti Automotive AB ("Rosti Automotive" or the company) from the Swedish investment company Nordstjernan Investment AB, owner of Rosti Group AB. The transaction was overseen by the QCP team in Munich.

Rosti Automotive, based in Leamington Spa, United Kingdom, is a leading Tier 1 supplier with a long-standing and loyal blue-chip customer base. The company produces plastic injection-molded parts for high-quality light vehicles. The company's product range includes painted and unpainted exterior parts, interior components, functional black parts, and other components (e.g. metal press parts, non-automotive plastic parts). Rosti Automotive operates a total of four production facilities in Larkhall, Pickering, Canning Brett, and Stamford Bridge (UK), and currently employs approximately 1,200 people. Following the integration into the Xandor Group, Rosti Automotive will now operate as Xandor Automotive.

Mr. Joachim Magnusson has been CEO of Rosti Automotive since 2016. He has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. Together with the current local management team within the Xandor Group, he will lead the day-to-day operations at Rosti Automotive. Mr. Magnusson previously held senior positions at the Rosti Group and other companies in the automotive industry.
